Mission Statement

The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 201 of Alpharetta, our mission is to promote the spirit of service, not self, the mission of the American Legion Auxiliary is to support The American Legion and to honor the sacrifice of those who serve by enhancing the lives of our veterans, military, and their families, both at home and abroad.  For God and Country, we advocate for veterans, educate our citizens, mentor youth, and promote patriotism, good citizenship, peace and security.

Join us for the Sixth Annual Drake Walk

Historic Downtown Roswell 
May 2, 2015 - 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM



The Drake Walk is a fun family-oriented event benefiting the Drake House, with 1 mile and 5k walking routes through historic Roswell, followed by a Finish Line Celebration with music, children’s activities and raffle prizes.

When: Saturday, May 2nd.

Check-in: 9:00 am - 9:30 am (Rain or Shine) Finish: 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
Festival ends at 12:00 pm


Where: Starts in the Roswell United Methodist Church parking lot at the corner of Mimosa Blvd. and Magnolia St. in Roswell.

About the Drake House:

The Drake House is a crisis residential assessment center for homeless women and children in the North Fulton area, offering immediate housing and programs designed to provide stability for the children and assist the family in working toward housing self-sufficiency.
